To check your order status, simply log into your account and click “Order History.”

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information and check order history.

We offer free shipping for orders over $35. A flat shipping rate of $5.99 will be applied for orders that do not meet the minimum.

Yes, we ship all over the world. A shipping cost of $9.99 will apply and will be added at checkout. Duties and taxes are not included. For a limited time, enjoy free shipping for orders over $75.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Some items may ship from our international fulfillment center and can take up to 10 days for final delivery.

We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if something is not quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Start your return, obtain a label and check its status through our return process.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5 days.

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we do not restock returned items. Gently worn products are donated to local shelters we work with.

Remove pads before washing. Hand washing and hang drying are recommended. For machine washing, use a gentle cycle and a laundry bag with cold water.
